About Us
Yayasan Pojok Pesisir Maju was established with a strong commitment to becoming a bridge between communities, environmental sustainability, education, health, and economic development. We believe that coastal conservation cannot be separated from the welfare of the people who depend on coastal resources for their livelihoods. Therefore, our programs are designed to address both environmental and social challenges in a balanced and sustainable way.
Our approach focuses on active community participation. We do not see local communities merely as beneficiaries, but as important partners who have valuable knowledge, experience, and potential to become agents of change. By involving communities directly in conservation, education, health awareness, and economic activities, we aim to build long-term ownership and responsibility toward the environment and future generations.
